REFERRAL ECONOMICS
What you earn.

B2C referral — 20% of MRR
20% of the monthly subscription on every paying learner you send, for the first 12 months. Paid every 30 days, GBP or VND.

School co-brand — 70/30 split
Once a pilot converts to a paid contract, you keep 70% of ARR for the duration of the contract. We invoice; you don't chase.

Enterprise referral — 10% of ACV
10% of first-year annual contract value, paid on signature. Average enterprise deal lands at £13,500 in year one.

White-label — by application
For partners with 500+ seats. You front your brand; we keep the engine running. Margin negotiated case by case.
