The 90-Day Britwise Promise
If your cohort's average IELTS band hasn't improved by at least +0.5 after 90 days, we refund 100% of fees paid for that period. No questions. Email us, get your money back.

How it works
Day 0 — Baseline
Every active employee completes the 3-min Angie placement. We freeze the cohort's average band — typically B1 (5.5) for new APAC corporate cohorts.
Day 1-90 — Daily practice
Each employee runs their UNIQUE 12-week role-aware plan. Britwise pushes daily content, weekly missions, monthly check-ins.
Day 90 — Re-assessment
Every employee re-takes the placement. We compute the cohort's new average band.
If +0.5 band → success
We celebrate, you renew. (A typical B1 → B1+ jump unlocks meaningful workplace fluency.)
If <+0.5 band → 100% refund
Email guarantee@britwise.school within 14 days of Day 90 with your invoice number. We process the refund within 14 working days.
Fine print (kept short on purpose)
1. Cohort minimum: 10 seated employees. Below that, we can't make the cohort-level statistical guarantee.
2. Engagement floor: At least 60% of seated employees must have completed ≥6 sessions during the 90 days. (We won't refund if nobody used it.)
3. Eligible tiers: Starter, Pro, Enterprise. (B2C self-serve is excluded — that's our consumer free + £79/year plan.)
4. How we measure: Same Angie placement, same script, same Britwise Score band — apples-to-apples re-test.
5. One refund per org per 12 months. After a refund, you may resubscribe at the next renewal cycle.
Why nobody else offers this
