Our commitment
Britwise is committed to making britwise.school and our learner / teacher / HR / caseworker portals accessible to as many people as possible, including users of assistive technology, screen-readers, magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance status
The Britwise public marketing pages (pricing, enterprise, public-sector, schools, learners) conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as of June 2026. Lighthouse Accessibility score is currently 100/100. Deep portal pages are under continuous review; known gaps documented below.
Features we support
• Keyboard-only navigation across all marketing pages · • Screen-reader labels on all interactive elements · • Visible focus indicators · • Minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio on body text · • Resizable text up to 200% without breaking layout · • Captions on all video content (when video is added) · • Audio playback speed controls in the learner app
Known gaps (we're working on these)
• Some interactive charts (e.g. ROI dashboard) lack ARIA labels — fix target Q3 2026 · • Mobile tab bar contrast on certain colour themes below 4.5:1 — audit in progress · • Live class video has no live captioning yet — Q4 2026
Reporting issues
Email support@britwise.school with the URL + assistive technology you're using + a description. We aim to respond within 5 working days and fix urgent issues within 30.
